Middle Road

This Middle Road project is a modern build aimed to maximize views and space on a narrow lot. The design is a careful balance of clean, modern and custom features without an institutional feel. The clients envisioned a weekend hamlet to escape their busy city lives, embodied in two built-in reading nooks, a central woodstove, and various natural building features. With large, strategically placed windows offering breathtaking views of the expansive Atlantic Ocean and Kingsburg Beach, the home seamlessly fits into its natural surroundings in a small footprint.
