Tilia Builders is seeking skilled lead carpenters to join our team. Like the rest of us, our new team members must be hard-working, self-directed when needed, punctual, respectful, and polite with clients. They must also have their own transportation, valid driver’s license, and a current understanding of modern building practices and codes. Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, at heights, and in adverse weather conditions.
Suitable candidate for lead carpenters will have expertise in all aspects of construction, including small-scale concrete work, framing, building envelopes, window and door installation, siding, roofing, drywall, flooring, basic cabinetry and trim, and at least four years of experience. Preference for candidates with some management experience.
