Ivy House Renovation

This extensive remodel involved restoring a century-old home now known as the Ivy House Inn, in beautiful old-town Lunenburg, a UNESCO world heritage site. Over the years, this stately home had been renovated several times, most recently with two separate apartments. The remodel involved transforming the second floor to create a boutique hotel with two beautiful rental suites, each complete with their own luxurious ensuite and sitting area. The first floor was carefully configured as the inn-keepers suite, complete with three bedrooms, two baths and new kitchen. We were grateful to work with the inn’s owner, Tara, who had a speculator vision for the remodel, really making the end result extra special.
