NOW HIRING CARPENTERS AND LEAD CARPENTER

Tilia Builders is seeking skilled carpenters to join our team. Our new team members, like the rest of us, must be hard working, self-directed when needed, punctual, respectful, polite with clients, have their own transportation with valid driver’s license, and have a current understanding of modern building practices. Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, under dusty conditions, often at heights and through adverse weather conditions. Only a well-equipped pouch, as well as a drill and impact driver set are needed.

Suitable carpenters will have a functional knowledge of all aspects of construction, including small scale concrete work, framing, building envelopes, window and door installation, siding, roofing, drywall, flooring, basic cabinetry and trim, with 2 to 5 years of experience.

We are also seeking an experienced Foreperson to lead a team of carpenters.

Suitable forepersons will have advanced knowledge of all aspects of construction, including small scale concrete work, framing, building envelopes, window and door installation, siding, roofing, drywall, flooring, basic cabinetry and trim, with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have Red Seal certification. Applicants will be subject to a criminal record check.
